Below are a few potential reasons why you are not receiving a ClickView verification email:
- Ensure that the correct email address was typed. If your email was typed incorrectly, click on "resend code" to re-enter the correct email address.
- Wait up to 5 minutes. While our verification emails are sent instantly, your schools email filter may be scanning or processing our email before it reaches you. This will allow enough time for your schools email filter to get our email to you.
- If you are still not receiving emails after steps 1 and 2, your school may be blocking emails from ClickView. Please speak to your schools IT to ensure that emails from email@example.com are allowed through your schools email filter. Your IT will have the tools to see what has happened to your verification email and resolve the issue for you.
