How To Suggest an Edit of Video Metadata In Library Editor (US)

Admin users cannot change any metadata for videos directly from Exchange or ClickView libraries. However, there is an option in Library Editor that allows users to suggest an edit if they think there is an error in the metadata. The suggestions will be reviewed by the ClickView content team and either actioned or discarded.

 

Please follow the below steps to Suggest an Edit to a ClickView video:

  1. Locate the video you would like to edit and select 'Suggest an Edit' which is the gray pencil icon:

  2. Click on the blue link that says 'suggest an edit':37.png

  3. Select the Metadata field you would like to alter:

  4. Fill out the fields with the required information and click 'Submit': 38.png
