The Publisher Backup Tool may encounter a failure to backup several titles which will be reported to you at the end of the backup process:
Please take a moment to consider if these titles were particularly important to your institution and check with your relevant teaching staff. You can export this list of errors as an excel spreadsheet to pass along via the ‘click here to export’ hyperlink found at the top.
Otherwise if you have decided that all error videos can be left behind, you may select 'Continue' and proceed to our final migration article:
Extracting Publisher Videos
If there is a need to retain any content from this error list, you may perform the following method to extract all videos from Publisher to your Local Storage:
1. Run a search for the affected title:
2. Once you locate this video, please ‘merge’ all the chapters before extraction. As Library Editor does not accept multiple chapters during upload. Please see our guide to complete this process successfully:

3. Extraction Procedure:
i. Right-Click on the video title
ii. Select 'Extract Video from ClickView' option
iii. Specify the directory of the path where you would like to locate the extracted video file.
iv. Upload the extracted video to Library Editor.

In this instance, please note these titles down and then locate them in the relevant ClickView Library for a direct push to Library Editor after migration is complete:
