How to check if the video is streaming from Local Cache
When playing a title in ClickView, you will know when a video is being streamed from the Local Cache by the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the ClickView Player. When you see this icon, your video is being streamed without using the internet.
If the ClickView icon is not present during initial playback, this indicates that the video is being accessed from the ClickView Cloud and will be using the internet.
Note: ClickView Local Cache is fully supported on the available ClickView Desktop and Mobile Apps. However, the Local Cache icon will not be present when watching videos via the apps.
Note: Please note the differences between the Local Cache icons, the one on the right indicates the title is being cached via the new service.
