Administrators can download a catalogue of their ClickView Library in the form of MARCXML and MARC21 bibliographic record files. These files are internationally recognized standards which can be used in various digital library cataloguing systems.
This article describes how to locate and download MARC records for your ClickView libraries.
To locate your MARC records:
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select the 'Settings' option:
- Navigate to 'Libraries':
You will be presented with a list of all of your libraries. This includes your school video library, as well as any ClickView libraries you may be subscribed to - Click 'Export Libraries' in the top right corner:
- You can download all of your libraries in one combined zip file, or you can select individual libraries to export. Choose either the MARC21 (or MARC21 (v2) for universities) or MARCXML file format and click 'Export':
- The MARC records will be emailed to you:
