Audio files cannot be uploaded to ClickView Library Editor. If you have yet to migrate to Library Editor, you can migrate these files by uploading them to ClickView Publisher first.
Step 1: Make sure you have 'Audio' enabled on the ClickView Publisher (Master)
Open ClickView Publisher (Master). Go to 'Tools' then select 'Options'
Within Options click on the 'Media Type' tab and make sure that the 'Audio' box is checked. Select 'OK' to apply the settings.
Step 2: Open ClickView Publisher software
Select a folder location to create the new audio library item. Right-click the folder then select 'New Audio'.
Step 3: Creating an audio library item
Fill in the metadata fields, upload a cover image and select 'OK' to create the new audio item.
The new audio item will appear in your ClickView library in the folder location that you selected.
Step 4: Importing the MP3 file
Select the new audio item from the library. The audio item information will appear to the right in the display area of the window.
Under 'Audio Chapters' select 'Add' to browse to the mp3 file location. Select 'Open' to import the mp3 file.
You may import multiple audio files into the same library item, they will be saved as individual chapters.
Step 5: Adding resources
Select 'Add' under 'Audio Resources' to add resources and worksheets
