The tree on the left will display all the objects in your ClickView Library. To view statistics based on an object, simply browse through and select an item in the tree. The statistics will be displayed in the list on the right side. The list will show which users have accessed the selected object and how many times.
To filter the items in the tree, simply click on the drop down box labelled Filter By Type and select the type of ClickView Library object. The tree will only display the selected type.
Reading the statistics
The Usage Statistics list shown below displays overall usage for each type of ClickView Library object. For example, for videos it will show the total number of videos accessed, the number of chapters, and the distinct number of chapters downloaded.
The Video Chapters Downloaded refers to the total number of chapters downloaded. This figure is increased every time a chapter is downloaded.
The Distinct Video Chapters Downloaded shows the number of different chapters that were downloaded. This figure only increases when a chapter is downloaded for the first time. (For example, the Video Chapters Downloaded is 45, however the Distinct Video Chapters Downloaded may display 17. This indicates that whilst 45 chapters were downloaded from the ClickView Library, it was only 17 different chapters.)
The lists following the general usage statistics show the statistics for the different types of ClickView Library objects. The first list, right below the general usage statistics list, shows the usage broken down by video. This list shows the number of times a user/domain accessed a video and its chapters.
The number on the right of the video name shows the amount of times a chapter was downloaded from it. Double clicking on a video in the list will reveal the chapters that that were accessed from it. The chapters will be indented and appear below the selected video. The number on the right of the chapter name shows the amount of times that particular chapter was downloaded. Double click on the video again to hide the chapters.
The lists below and on the right display statistics for audio, images and learning objects in the same fashion. The list on the bottom right display the last ClickView Library object and when it was accessed.
