The tutorial below will provide guidance on how material within ClickView Publisher can be directly contributed to the ClickView Exchange within ClickView Online.
Note: It is only possible for your institutions own added material to be contributed to the ClickView Exchange - the ClickView commercial material that your institution may subscribe to is unable to be contributed to the ClickView Exchange.
Using the ClickView Exchange
Launch ClickView Publisher. Click on Tools, then ClickView Exchange.
Logging into the ClickView Exchange
In order to contribute, you will need to login by entering your ClickView Online credentials.
If you are using Single Sign On (SSO), please specify your e-mail address and then proceed to login through your SSO IdP portal.
Once successfully logged-in to the ClickView Exchange, you will be able to see your ClickView Publisher folder structure and select material that your institution has added to ClickView themselves for contribution to the ClickView Online Exchange.
Select the folder which contains the videos that you wish to contribute - any videos which are eligible to be contributed to the ClickView Exchange will appear for selection.
Double-click on the video that you wish to contribute - this will present you with the relevant information below:
Note: The information that appears here will conform to your local region.
Once you are satisfied all of the information is correct, click 'OK' > You will then receive a message letting you know the video has been successfully submitted to the ClickView Exchange
You should then be able to view the video by logging in to ClickView Exchange and browsing the category that you contributed the video to; or by locating it through the 'Most Recent' tab.
Note: It may take several days for material submitted to the ClickView Exchange to appear.
