Educators can now easily ‘follow’ an existing playlist. When a playlist is shared or a ClickView Playlist is required, users will get the option to follow which is indicated by the ‘Follow’ icon:
Once clicked, you’re following the playlist and updates to the content will seamlessly appear once they are made by the curator of the playlist.
Followed playlists will appear alongside your own playlists, under the Playlists tab. Followed Playlists can be used just like any other playlist, except for adding, ordering or deleting videos from them.
We’ve made changes to the look and feel of playlists, and they now appear as tiles.
Playlists fall into three categories, and we’ve changed the look and feel, to help easily identify them:
ClickView Curated Playlists
Playlists curated by ClickView have cover art and the CV logo in the top right.
Followed Playlists
Playlists created by another user that the user follows will have the owner's avatar/initials in the top right.
User Created Playlists
User created playlists have a solid color background.
To easily identify the type of playlist, you’ll notice the small icon in the top right of the tiles:
- An orange CV logo indicates that the playlist is a ClickView Curated playlist.
- Letters or a profile photo indicates the playlist is owned by another user.
- No icon indicates the user's own playlists.
How do I unfollow a Playlist?
Unfollowing a playlist, is a simple click of a button. From the Playlists tab, locate the playlist you wish to unfollow, and click the Unfollow icon:
