As per our notice in August 2017, We are terminating service for the ADI connector at the end of January 2018. This system of authentication for ClickView Online has been superseded by our SAML offerings. This is in alignment with our goals to improve performance, reliability, and security for ClickView Online. The SAML options we have available can be found at the bottom of this document.
Does my school use ADI?
- Does your login page look like this? ADI has a unique visual style. If when you login to ClickView, and you see something like the following, you're probably using ADI.
- Does your ClickView login address look like "clickview.myschool.domain.com.au", or "sso.myschool.domain.com.au"?
If this is the case, then you are most likely using ADI. However you may need to check that traffic is not being redirected to a SAML alternative, to keep your bookmarks from breaking.
What can I do about this?
If your school uses ADI, we have most likely already notified you about the changes, and are most likely already working on the implementation. If this is the case, don't worry, the ClickView Product Specialsts will be able to assist you with on-boarding.
If you haven't received notification, then we may not have record that your school has set this up. Please refer to the following documentation on our SAML SSO options:
