In order for your video library in Publisher to show online in ClickView, all videos need to be synced using the sync manager. As the sync manager is a tool that is built into Publisher, you will only be able to modify/view the manager from your ClickView server.

Accessing the sync manager
Open publisher and click Tools>Sync Manager from the title bar menu.
For troubleshooting purposes, it is recommended to set the scheduling to ‘All the Time’.
Incompatible video files
The sync manager will upload all content to ClickView given there are no issues with the videos. You can view the list of videos that have errors in Sync Manager via the Summary tab. Videos not compatible for upload will show in the blue link as seen below.
For those videos first try to play them in Publisher.
If you are unable to play the video in Publisher, then the file has missing chapters or corrupt video files.
To fix this, uninstall any unnecessary codec packs (such as 'K-Lite', 'Shark007' and 'DivX') from your machine as they are known to create transcoding issues. Then re-add the videos to Publisher and the issue should be resolved. If not check this article for more solutions.
Disabled upload
If any videos or folders appear greyed out, then they are disabled for upload and will not sync automatically to ClickView. To fix this, Right-click the video and select 'Enable Upload' on the folder or video.
Nothing syncing -> Restarting the ClickView Services
On the ClickView Server, access the services app (services.msc). Look for 'ClickView Library Server' and 'ClickView Online Upload Service'. Right-click these and select 'Restart'. The ClickView services can take a few minutes to start up, meaning the others error may persist until the service has successfully started.
Nothing syncing -> Restarting the ClickView Processes
Open Task Manager and click 'More details'. From the process tab, find any ClickView processes. These include ClickView Online Upload Service and ClickView Publisher Service. End task these processes and relaunch Publisher.
