Activation or re activation of ClickView Publisher is often blocked because of a network setting. Click here to see our article on Whitelisting to ensure you have allowed the required sites.
You may also want to double check the credentials and details within the proxy settings of publisher, especially if you are required to authenticate, the password used last year may be out of date. Re-enter these details if in doubt.
