In this article, we will show you how to access online analytics and how to use them.
Opening Analytics
First, login to ClickView with an account that has admin privileges and extra permissions.
Then, click on your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen and choose 'Analytics' from the drop down menu.
You will see the following data sets:
- Health Check
- Login Overviews
- Video Overviews (by subject)
- Video Views
You can generate a report for the above data sets covering the following time periods:
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 180 days
- Last 365 days (the report will be emailed for annual usage).
Health Check
This shows all the possible ways to integrate ClickView in to your existing infrastructure such as SSO, learning platforms, mobile devices and more.
Login Overviews
This will show you how many people have logged in to ClickView and what type of users they are. The exported csv document will list every user by name and the exact time they logged in.
Video Overviews
This will give you a general overview of how ClickView is being used at you school. It groups videos by subject, category, source and which type of users are watching them. The exported csv will list every time any user has watched any video.
Video Views
This ranks each video from most to least watched, with the number of views on the right hand side. The exported csv will list every time any user has watched any video.
