What is Email Verification?
The email verification is a quick and simply process to confirm if a user has control over the email addresses provided to us. This will prevent someone from creating a ClickView account with an email they don't have access to.
The email verification is just a one-time process. Once you have verified your email address, you will not need to verify again unless you choose to update your email address.
What Happens When I Verify My Email?
Email verification ensures that users will receive emails sent from ClickView. Administrators in particular, will gain access to the Library Editor and will also receive email notifications for new content being added, content requests and analytics reports. These notifications will not be sent to an unverified email address.
Teachers on the other hand can verify their email address, to enable features like requesting ad-free programs from TV and Foxtel/BBC RES requests.
Once you have verified your email you will be able to use ClickView to its full potential!
