Setting up LTI 1.3 in Blackboard

The process of integrating ClickView with Blackboard via LTI 1.3 is slightly different than that of the other Learning Management systems. Follow the steps below to set up LTI 1.3 in Blackboard:

  1. Login to Blackboard with an administrator account:

  2. Click the Admin heading:newblack1a.png

  3. Navigate to Integrations > LTI Tool Providers:

  4. Click Register LTI 1.3/Advantage Tool:

  5. Enter the appropriate Client ID for your region and click Submit:

    NZ - bef6932d-cd48-4a65-b40f-0b3f3a8c1035
    UK - 45716618-e11a-4bba-a860-4bfbbc27e098
    US - 97f176cb-91d6-4d89-b415-b5117ab5a46f

  6. You will see the following screen:

  7. Scroll down and check that the settings match the screenshot below then click Submit:

  8. You may need to approve the LTI integration by selecting the check box next to ClickView and clicking the Approve button:

  9. The integration is then complete. You can close the administrator panel:
