Can I edit a video thumbnail?

You can upload a thumbnail for videos that have come from Exchange, TV or personal upload depending on whether you do this in Workspace or Library Editor (if you are an admin).

 

Workspace

In workspace you can add a thumbnail for any video from Exchange, TV or personal upload:

  1. Go to Workspace
  2. Find the video and select Options>Edit video details:

  3. Select "Upload Thumbnail":

  4. Select an image from your computer:

  5. Crop the image to fit the size of the thumbnail:

  6. Click "Save Changes":

Library Editor

In Library Editor you can only change the thumbnail for personally uploaded videos:

  1. Open Library Editor
  2. Find the video and select the grey pencil "Edit" icon:

  3. Select "Upload Thumbnail":

  4. Choose a picture from your computer:

  5. Crop the picture to fit:
    thumbn9.png

  6. Select "Back to Folder":
    thumbn10.png

  7. The new thumbnail should now be displayed:
