Teachers have the ability to notify ClickView if they think a video on Exchange is inappropriate, has incorrect information or is defective. This function is called 'flagging' and it automatically sends a request from you to the ClickView Content Team. The team are able to review it and send you an email once they have either approved or rejected the request.
Below are the steps on how to flag a video:
- If you have found a problematic video click the "Options" button and select "Flag this video":
-
If you are on the web player page of the video , click the 'More' symbol (three vertical dots) and select "Flag this video":
- A pop up box will open for you to select a reason and add any additional comments. Once you are done, click 'Submit' and a request will be sent to our content team
- Another pop up will show confirming your request has been sent:
- The ClickView Content Team will be in contact shortly notifying you if they have approved/rejected the request.
