Managing Student Workspaces from an Administrative account

ClickView administrators are able to view the contents of any student's Workspace. This means admins can watch, monitor, and delete content from all student's Workspace if they wish. To access a students workspace follow the steps below:

  1. Login with a ClickView admin account, click your name at the top right and select Settings from the drop down menu.

  2. Select Students from the menu on the left.

  3. Search for a specific student and click three vertical dots -> View Workspace

  4. From here you can see a list of videos that the student has in their workspace. To view each video click 'Show video' beneath each video title. To download or delete select the relevant action from the options menu at the right of each video title.
