When playing a title in ClickView, you will know when a video is being streamed from the Local Cache by the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the ClickView Player. When you see this icon, your video is being streamed without using the internet.
If the ClickView icon is not present during initial playback, this indicates that the video is being accessed from the ClickView Cloud and will be using the internet.
Note: Local Cache is fully supported on the available ClickView Apps. However, the Local Cache icon will not be present when watching videos via the apps.
How do I check if my video is in Local Cache?
You will know when your video is in Local Cache if the “Available in Local Cache” icon is displayed.
