This article details steps to resolve an issue within the ClickView Active Directory Group Mapping section, in which the Save button is unresponsive when clicked on.
Procedure
This problem is typically caused by the user having insufficient privileges to the ClickView Active Directory integration website within IIS.
To rectify this problem:
1. Launch IIS Manager
2. Expand the box that lists the server name. Expand Sites, then right click on ClickView Active Directory Connector. Click on Edit Permissions from within the drop down menu.
3. Browse to the Security tab. Click on Edit.
4. Add the user in that you are logged in as (who is unable to click on the Save box) and grant them full control.
The below screenshot shows user 'Mitchell McWhirter' being given Full Control to the shares, to be able to successfully click Save.
5. The ClickView ADI mapping interface should now allow the user to successfully click the Save box.
