ClickView: Analytics

In this article, we will show you how to access ClickView analytics and how to use them.

Accessing Analytics

First, login to ClickView with your administrative account:

Then, click on your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on 'Analytics' product from the drop down menu:

You will be presented with the two key data sets of logins and videos:

Logins

This section of Analytics will give you an overview of total logins over the year, represented by pie chart to demonstrate logins by staff and students on the left-hand-side and a bar graph to depict logins by staff and students further segmented by months:

The logins pie chart can be toggled to display views by 'Role' and 'Year groups':

Reporting: Logins

Reports of logins can be easily generated by selecting the time frames and users:

Videos

The videos section demonstrates an overview on student and staff views, represented by a pie chart on the left-hand-side and a bar graph on the right:

Video Views

Toggle to views by clicking on the 'Views' button, to see the title of the video, source of the content and total views of each video:

Overview of videos watched filtered by the content type displays the sources of video watched by users:

Users can be filtered for individual user views:

Reporting: Views
